At Scorpio Moon Coffee Shop, we don’t do "surface-level." We believe that a truly great cup of coffee should be a transformative experience, a moment of stillness where you can dive into the depths of your own intuition.

We named our shop after the most intense placement in the zodiac because we approach roasting with that same level of passion. We aren’t interested in the bright and bubbly; we are interested in the dark, the smoky, and the complex. We source beans from volcanic soils and high-altitude peaks, seeking out the "hidden" notes, the hints of black cherry, dark cocoa, and spice that only reveal themselves to those who take the time to notice.
